Who is responsible
PixTroop is responsible for the data you send us through this website. You can reach us through the contact form on the home page.
What we collect
When you write to us through the form: your name, email, company or website if you provide it, the services you are interested in, your approximate budget and your message. Our servers also log basic technical data (IP address, browser, date) to protect the site against abuse.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser, to show you the site in that language next time.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, provide the service if we reach an agreement and issue the corresponding invoices. We do not send marketing without your permission.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, for invoices, compliance with legal obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as our business relationship lasts and, if we don't end up working together, for a maximum of two years after your last contact. Billing data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to deliver the service: Cloudflare (site security and delivery), our email provider, our server provider and Stripe when you pay an invoice online. We never sell or hand over your data.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. We only work with providers offering appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it to another provider. To exercise them, contact us through the form stating your request. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
